I'm having a major issue with my Dell E5570 laptop. It's got a Core i7 (6th gen), 16GB RAM, and an AMD R7 M370. I don't get why it's overheating so much! I've even changed the thermal paste and bought a cooling stand, but it still shuts down from overheating when I try to play games like Fallout New Vegas. The fans are working great, and I made sure the vents are clean and clear of any blockages. What could be causing this?

It sounds like you might want to check which component is getting too hot, especially since overheating can really vary by part. The GPU often runs hotter, and if it's reaching around 95°C, that's definitely too high! Also, consider if your power adapter is supplying enough juice, as that can cause shutdowns too.
Have you tried using a cooling pad with fans? Those can really help out, especially during heavy loads. And check if your model has an NVMe SSD; installing a heatsink on that could help with temps too. Just because it’s a common issue doesn't mean you can't improve it!
Have you scanned for viruses? Sometimes malware can cause excessive heat as well.
Make sure to double-check how well the thermal paste is applied. Sometimes it can be done incorrectly or not enough, which might make things worse instead of better. Also, keep in mind that the E5570 isn’t really designed for heavy gaming, so expectations might need to be adjusted.

Yeah, it's probably the GPU that's overheating, especially if it's crashing even with lighter games.
