Hey everyone, I just built my first PC and since installing Windows, it keeps crashing randomly. I get a message that says, "your device ran into a problem and needs to restart." I have a B650 Eagle AX motherboard but I can't seem to download the drivers for it—trying to do that also causes crashes. This happens even when I'm not attempting any updates. My BIOS is currently on version F35, and while I'm considering updating it, I'm not sure if that's wise since my CPU is compatible with this version. I've even reinstalled Windows 11 using my bootable USB, but the crashes persist. It's been three days and I'm at a loss. I've double-checked all connections and reseated the RAM, but I'm wondering if there might be a BIOS setting I need to change. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

When I ran the sfc command, it reported that there were corrupt files that it couldn’t fix. It mentioned that detailed logs are available for troubleshooting. Is this a sign that the issue is software-related and not a hardware problem?
Try running the command prompt with "sfc /scannow" to check for system file issues. After that, follow up with "DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth" to fix any software problems. If you’re still getting crashes, reseat your RAM again and make sure your CPU cooling is properly set up.
