Why Does My PC Keep Tripping the Breaker When I Game?

I've been having an issue with my PC tripping the breaker whenever I game for more than an hour. This started happening after I upgraded to a 5070ti. I've already tried using different outlets and circuits, and there's nothing else running on those circuits. I even thought my 850-watt power supply might be the problem, so I upgraded to a 1200-watt PSU, but the issue persists. I'm really out of ideas here, so any advice would be super helpful!

You might want to use a kill-a-watt meter to check how much power your setup is drawing from the wall. It could give you valuable insight. Also, try plugging your PC into a different socket to see if the same issue occurs there.

If you're not familiar with electrical stuff, when you measure power usage, you're looking for the wattage your PC is actually consuming. This can help determine if your setup is exceeding the circuit's capacity, especially during intense gaming sessions. Don't hesitate to ask if you need more details!
