I've been having a frustrating issue with my computer. When I start it up, everything seems to load fine at first. But after about 10 minutes to an hour, it will suddenly power off and restart. Once it gets past that initial reboot, it runs smoothly for as long as I need. This problem started after a power trip in my flat. I took my PC to a local shop, and they claimed I must have tampered with the BIOS settings, but I haven't touched anything. I really need help to figure this out since it's interrupting my work and gaming sessions!

You might want to watch some YouTube videos on Windows Event Logs. They can help you learn how to pinpoint the issues that might be causing those reboots.
Do you happen to have an NVIDIA GPU installed? Sometimes they can cause issues if there are driver conflicts or power management settings that aren’t optimized.
Check the Windows Event Viewer to see if there are any critical errors around the time your PC reboots. Look for any 'Kernel-Power' or 'BugCheck' messages, as these can indicate hardware problems or power issues. If you see 'The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down', that's a sign of a crash or power loss.

I did check, and the common error is DistributedCOM. No critical errors were logged, though.
