Why Does My PC Restart When I Run Two Games at Once?

I've been having an annoying problem with my computer. Today, while I was deep into Resident Evil, I decided to launch Call of Duty, and suddenly my screen turned black and my PC rebooted. This isn't the first time; just a week ago, I was playing Valorant, then opened Fortnite, and the same thing happened. My setup is fairly high-end with an ASUS Prime 9070 XT, 9800X3D, Corsair SF1000 PSU, 32GB RAM, and an ASUS B650E-I motherboard. It's strange because on my previous build, which had a 7600X, 7700 XT, and SF750 PSU, I could easily run two games at once without problems. I found some advice online suggesting it could be a PSU issue, but honestly, the SF1000 should handle it. Plus, it's tough to make this happen on command. Does anyone have any insights or solutions?

It sounds like it might be a good idea to start by updating your GPU drivers and motherboard BIOS if you haven't already. Sometimes, compatibility issues can cause unexpected restarts when you're pushing your hardware.

Thanks for the suggestion! I actually checked everything, and my BIOS, chipset, and GPU drivers are all up to date.
