I've noticed that Netflix looks great when I watch it on my TV, but when I switch to my computer, it's a different story. The movies specifically look terrible, but shows seem fine. I don't think it's an internet issue since I can stream content from YouTube and Twitch without any problems. It feels like there's something going on specifically with Netflix on PC. What can I do to fix this? Thanks for the help!

It sounds like Netflix might be limiting the quality based on your system's specs. They're known to restrict resolution, format, and bitrate for security reasons. If you haven’t tried it yet, using Microsoft Edge or the Netflix app could help. But if those don't work, it might just be the way Netflix operates on certain setups.

I’m using Edge too. It's frustrating that they do this when I'm paying for a premium service. It shouldn't matter what my specs are; my monitor supports 4K!
