I recently received an Amazon tablet from a giveaway, but I'm confused because it doesn't seem to have an App Store or a web browser. I've even tried doing a factory reset, but nothing has changed. Anyone know what could be wrong?

It sounds like someone might have installed custom firmware on your tablet. Have you set it up with your own information yet? If not, that's a strong possibility. When I got mine, I had to enter my details to access the App Store and browser.
I haven't put any info in; it came like this. I'm really unsure how these tablets usually work.
