Why is Apple Intelligence and Siri Missing on My New iPhone 16 Pro?

I recently purchased a new iPhone 16 Pro and updated it to the latest iOS. I'm in the USA and have set the language to English, but I'm not seeing the Apple Intelligence and Siri options that I activated easily on my iPad Pro. It's odd that my iPhone is only showing Siri, and I'm worried my device might not be compatible with these features. Has anyone else experienced this?

Just a heads up, if the phone was manufactured in China or similar markets, they might have different software capabilities. If you activated Siri on your iPad, it doesn't necessarily mean it'll be the same on your iPhone.

Check the model number in your settings. If it's a version that restricts features, that could be the culprit.

Did you buy your iPhone in the USA? Sometimes, if a phone is made in a country that has restrictions, certain features might not be available.

No, but my payment method, address, and App Store region are all set to North America.
