I recently updated my drivers to version 576.52, and ever since, my 144Hz monitor (ASUS VG249Q1R) can only go up to 120Hz, which forces the resolution down to 1680x1050. Before the update, everything was working perfectly at 1080p and 144Hz. I'm using a DisplayPort cable that supports 144Hz, and my system includes an NVIDIA GeForce 3070 Ti GPU, 16GB of RAM, and an Intel i5-12600KF. I'm running on Windows 11. Does anyone know why this is happening?

Before diving into driver uninstallations, have you checked if there are any settings in Windows that might have changed after the update? Sometimes Windows might have reset or changed some display settings automatically. Just a thought!
Check out your NVIDIA Control Panel. Sometimes the settings there can create conflicts, affecting your refresh rates and resolution. Make sure everything is set to your monitor's capabilities and adjust as needed.
It sounds like a driver issue. I recommend using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to completely remove the old GPU drivers, then reinstall the latest ones. Sometimes, leftover files from previous installations can cause problems. If the DDU method seems too tricky, you can always roll back to a previous driver version when everything was working fine. Just make sure you have backups of your important data before making any changes to avoid potential issues.
