Why is my 9800X3D not using enough power?

I'm having a bit of trouble with my 9800X3D. I ran some benchmarks with Cinebench and 3D Mark, but my scores are in the bottom 1% and my CPU power usage doesn't exceed 80 Watts. I've verified that all cores are active, but I haven't updated the BIOS yet. Do you think the default BIOS could be the issue, or is there something else I might have missed?

First things first, definitely update your BIOS. To do that, download the latest version, put it on a USB stick, and use the ASUS EZ Flash 3 Utility in your BIOS settings to install it. Also, make sure your chipset drivers are up to date. Lastly, check your CPU temperatures to rule out any thermal throttling. HWINFO is great for that since it shows detailed thermal info.

I just finished updating the BIOS and everything, but I'm still only getting 506 in Cinebench. Looks like the temps are fine, and games are running okay. Any other tips for troubleshooting?
