Why is my computer crashing with a General_Heap error?

I'm not very tech-oriented, but for the past week, my computer has been crashing randomly. The error message mentions something about 'General_Heap.' What's confusing is that there doesn't seem to be a pattern to when it crashes. Just today, it happened while I was using OBS to type, and it crashed two other times while I was playing World of Warcraft. I'm really unsure about what's causing these issues.

It sounds like you might be facing a RAM issue. Try pressing the WIN + R keys together, then type `mdsched.exe`. Click on 'Execute checking and reboot' to see if it finds any problems with your memory.

You might also want to check the crash dump files after your computer crashes. They can give insights into what's going wrong. If you need help with that, feel free to ask!

After checking, it said there’s a hardware issue and that you should reach out to your computer's manufacturer for assistance. They might be able to help you further with the problem.
