Why is my CPU idling at 65 degrees after a BIOS reset?

I recently reset my BIOS settings and now I'm noticing that my CPU is idling at a high temperature of 65 degrees. I have a Kraken 280 Elite cooler, and I just reapplied thermal paste, but that doesn't seem to have improved the situation. The AIO is showing a temperature of 26 degrees. I wasn't experiencing this issue before the BIOS reset. Does anyone have any suggestions on what might be going wrong?

Have you checked your pump speed? If it's not set correctly, it could affect your cooling performance. What speed is your pump running at?

It's set to full speed, running over 2000 RPM.

Idle temperatures can vary a lot, so it’s tricky to pinpoint a problem solely based on idle readings. Have you checked what your CPU temps are under load? Knowing that can help figure things out. Plus, what CPU do you have?

I used to have my PC around 41 degrees under light load, so 65 seems high.

Under load, my max temps go up to 80 degrees, and I have a Ryzen 7800x3D.
