I've been experiencing stuttering in my stream when playing games like ARC Raiders, even though my frame rates are solid when playing. I'm looking to stream high-intensity games at good quality, so I need some advice. My friend recently gifted me 32GB of DDR5 RAM and I'm planning to use a Ryzen 7 7700X for a new PC build, which is really generous of him. I built my current PC back in 2020, and I'm trying to determine if the stuttering is due to my existing setup, if I should upgrade my graphics card, or if I need to prepare for a whole new build. I also added 32 GB of GSKILL DDR4 RAM recently. Here's my current setup: CORSAIR 220T RGB TG MT CASE WHITE, G.SKILL 16GB 2X8GB DDR4 3200 KIT, SAMSUNG 500GB 970EVO+ NVME M.2 SSD, MSI RTX 2070 SUPER VENTUS, EVGA 650W PSU, AMD RYZEN 7 3700X, ASUS TUF GAMING X570-PLUS WIFI, and a SAMSUNG 2TB 860 QVO SSD. Let me know if you have any insights!

It sounds like a good plan to try out your new components first. If you're still experiencing stuttering after the upgrade, it might be time to look at a new GPU. Since the RTX 2070 can struggle with streaming, especially when you’re gaming as well, lowering some graphics settings might help. Also, keep in mind that your internet connection could still be a factor, but testing your new build should give you clearer answers.
I’d suggest doing some tests with your new build before making any decisions about a GPU upgrade. If you're still facing stuttering while streaming, it points to your GPU possibly being overwhelmed. The RTX 2070 has been a solid card, but streaming alongside high-performance gaming could be pushing it to its limits, especially with just 16GB of RAM initially. Also, don't forget to check your internet speed to rule that out!
