Hey everyone! I'm having a bit of trouble with my Google Photos storage. I'm on my phone and wanted to upload a picture, but I got a message saying I've used 14.6 GB out of my 15 GB limit. However, when I check, it shows that I've only used about 800 MB. It specifically mentions that everything is on Google Photos. I'm really puzzled and I could definitely use some extra storage space! Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Yeah, just to add on, sometimes even small files can add up without you realizing it. Check if there are any large videos or backups saved in your Google Photos. Deleting those could help make some room!
It sounds like you're running into the common issue of shared storage. Your Google Drive, Gmail, and other services also count towards that total limit. If your Gmail isn't showing any usage, it's possible that the storage is mostly from another app or backups. You can either buy additional storage or clean up your old emails and files to free up space!
