I recently serviced my graphics card and now it's overheating for no clear reason, even when it's just sitting idle. The temperature spikes in both the BIOS and while browsing the internet. I've tried reinstalling the drivers, going from the oldest to the newest versions, but that hasn't solved the issue. I initially thought this was just a fluke, but it's becoming more concerning.
Just a heads up, I used a translation tool, so please excuse any awkward phrasing in how I explain this.

What kind of temps are you seeing? How are you checking the GPU temperature?
When you say you serviced it, did you make sure to use the right thickness for the thermal pads? If the thermal pads are even a little too thick, they won’t make proper contact with the GPU die, which could lead to overheating. Did you replace any thermal paste or pads when you opened it up?
My card didn’t have thermal pads from the factory, which I suspect is part of the problem. But I’m confused because I’ve used this card for 2 years without any heat issues until now.
If you're new to this, it's possible you didn't place the cooler back on properly or might have messed up the thermal paste. I had a similar issue before—try taking it off and reapplying the paste a couple of times to see if it helps.

Well, Windows shows about 68°C, but when I feel the card and its radiator, it feels like it's super hot, like around 90°C.
