I've recently set up a Huion Kamvas 22 graphics tablet, but I've encountered a strange issue. Every time I connect it to my desktop, my Wi-Fi drops out completely. I had a technician check my computer, and everything seems fine on that end. The moment I unplug the tablet from the power source, my computer reconnects to Wi-Fi without a hitch. I've tested different wall sockets and plugs on a power strip, but the problem remains. Interestingly, when an IT guy at the repair shop tried it, he didn't experience any Wi-Fi issues. I even wrapped part of the power cable in aluminum foil as a test, which didn't help. I'm contemplating buying some Faraday tape to see if that will solve the problem. Overview of my setup: Huion Kamvas 22, Starforge Voyager PC, Windows 11. Let me know if you need any more details!

It sounds like your graphics tablet might be causing some interference with your Wi-Fi. Start by updating the tablet's drivers—outdated software can definitely create weird conflicts. If that doesn’t work, consider moving your Wi-Fi router closer to your desktop or changing the channel it operates on. Sometimes that helps minimize interference!
Are both your Wi-Fi and tablet connected to the same USB bus? If the tablet's power cable is interfering, that might be an issue. Also, try using an outlet on a different breaker just to rule that out. It could help separate the power for your setup!

What do you mean by trying an outlet on a different breaker? I’ve tested multiple wall sockets and plugs, and nothing else is losing Wi-Fi—my laptop and phone stay connected just fine. I’m curious about that Faraday tape idea, but I want to make sure it’s worth it first. Also, not taking comments on my PC build—it's not something I’m interested in delving into.
