I'm having a huge issue with my iPhone 15. I tried to use Apple Pay today, and after a long time of it being open, it asked me for my password to complete the transaction. I entered what I know is the correct password, but it said it was incorrect. Nobody has changed my password, and my phone was in my backpack the whole time, so I know I didn't miss-type it. I've since tried many times to enter the password, but it just keeps locking me out. I even forced a restart and waited, but nothing seems to work! Now my phone is locked for three hours, and I'm really worried about losing my data. Is there any solution out there, or should I consider taking it to a repair shop? I also attempted to get help from Apple Support, but I can't even log into iCloud to get assistance. Help!

I'm sorry to hear about your situation! If your iCloud isn’t accessible, it’s important to act fast because you might lose any unbacked photos once you wipe your device. Try reaching out to Apple Support again, they may be able to help reset your password in a way that keeps your data safe. Don't give up!
It sounds really frustrating! Unfortunately, visiting a store might not help much since they won't be able to access your phone without the password. Your best bet is to try online account recovery. Just keep in mind that if you can't access your iCloud, your photos might be at risk if they weren't backed up. I’d suggest checking Apple’s official guides on account recovery, and if you’ve exhausted all options, you might need to consider erasing your phone after the lock period. Good luck!
Thanks for the tips! I’ll definitely keep trying with Apple Support and see if there’s anything more they can do.
