I'm experiencing a strange issue with my mouse where it seems to click the right button when I try to left click. Sometimes, it's not responding when I right click, and occasionally, it's dragging items without me even wanting it to. I've ruled out a mouse issue since I've tested a different mouse, and my keyboard appears fine as well—I checked using a keyboard tester, and it seems to register correctly. I've scanned for viruses with Windows Defender, and nothing came up. One odd clue is that there's a warning icon next to my system's firmware driver, indicating potential problems with the PnP drivers, but I'm unsure how to fix that. A while ago, my keyboard had similar issues, but they seemed to resolve on their own after a day. I'm hoping for a similar outcome this time, but I need some advice on what to do next.

It sounds like a hardware problem rather than a software one. Even if you've tried a different mouse, there might be something going on with your keyboard too. Some keyboards have shortcuts that might simulate mouse clicks, so definitely ensure you're using a completely different keyboard just to be safe. It’s also possible that those previous keyboard issues could be linked. Did you check if any keys are stuck?

Yeah, I checked with a keyboard tester, and I don't think any keys are stuck. The site showed everything was registering fine.
