I just finished building my first gaming PC, but I'm running into a frustrating issue. Everything is powered on; I can see fans spinning, except for the ones on my GPU. I've tried all the HDMI ports and connected both my monitor to the motherboard and the GPU directly, but I still get no signal.
I've done some basic troubleshooting—reseated my RAM, tested every port on the motherboard, and used different slots on my power supply. My monitor and HDMI cable are working fine because I tested them with my Xbox.
Additionally, when I unplug the power supply, the GPU shows a red light indicating a power issue, which disappears when I plug it back in. This makes me think the GPU has some functionality. I've followed various guides to ensure my cord setup matches all the components. The only downside is I lack access to another PC, so I can't test if the GPU is actually the issue. Any thoughts or suggestions?

Could you share what motherboard and CPU you're using? Sometimes compatibility issues can cause signal problems. If it's an AMD Ryzen, that might help us narrow it down a bit.
Have you updated the BIOS? It's a common step that can resolve these kinds of issues. If you can't access another computer, I'd suggest checking if your motherboard has a BIOS flashback option that lets you update without needing a CPU installed.
I read that I would need a monitor to do the update, which I currently can't access.
I'm using an AMD Ryzen 5 9600x with an Asus Prime B650-plus WiFi.
