I recently upgraded my CPU to an AMD Ryzen 7 5800XT, and since then, my PC has been randomly restarting or experiencing crashes with Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) errors. The Event Viewer shows fatal errors related to memory and CPU during these incidents. The crashes occur even when the system isn't under heavy load, and my CPU temperatures are normal (around 55-65C). I've tried various troubleshooting methods, including updating the BIOS, testing the RAM with Windows Memory Diagnostic and memtest86, reseating components, and checking my cooling system. I'm considering a factory reset or possibly replacing the PSU since it may not be able to handle the new CPU and GPU upgrades. Any advice on further steps I should take?

Make sure you've enabled the memory XMP profile in the BIOS. Sometimes, having all RAM slots filled can cause instability with overclocked settings. If you have it on, try disabling it and see if that resolves the crashes.
Have you checked for dump files after the BSODs? These files contain crash logs that can help identify the problem. You can find them in C:WindowsMinidump. If there are any, zip that folder and upload it to a file-sharing site like MediaFire or Catbox.moe, so we can take a look at them for analysis.
