Why is my PC shocking me and losing video output?

I've recently put together my SFX PC inside a Phanteks Evolve Shift XT case, which is all aluminum. Lately, I've been experiencing some weird issues: whenever I touch the case, it gives me a shock, and the boot-up time has increased to about 3 minutes. This seems to have started happening recently, as everything was fine when I first built it. I have an AM5 motherboard with 64GB of RAM, and the Debug LED shows a steady yellow light that turns red for 2 seconds before it boots normally. What could be causing this?

It sounds like your PC might not be plugged into a grounded outlet. Make sure to check that first, as grounding issues can cause shocks and might affect your video output too.

Have you recently connected or changed any components, like cables or new devices? Sometimes even small changes can lead to shorts or grounding problems. If you’re using an external amp for your headphones, double-check that it hasn’t caused any issues, even if it was fine before.
