Why is my PC’s upload speed so much slower than other devices?

Hey everyone! I've got a Gigabyte X399 Aorus Pro motherboard and just upgraded to a 1000/50 fiber internet connection. All the other devices I have are hitting around 45 Mbit for uploads, but my PC is stuck at about 18-20 Mbit. I've tried a bunch of fixes from online sources, but nothing's worked so far. I also updated my Intel LAN driver to version 23.5.2 from the Gigabyte website, but it still didn't change the Intel I211 Gigabit Network Connection driver. Any thoughts or advice on what could be causing this? Thanks in advance! Oh, just to note, I have a Kaspersky VPN app installed but it's not currently active.

Have you tried checking your speeds without the VPN running? Sometimes it can slow things down even when it’s off, but it’s a good step to rule it out.

The speeds I mentioned are actually without the VPN on, but I included it just for context. Thanks for the suggestion!
