Hey everyone! I've recently built a PC using an AMD 9700x paired with an RTX 5070 ti, and I'm gaming at 1440p with 32GB of RAM running at 5600MHz. I'm really puzzled because I'm noticing very low GPU usage during my gameplay. Even though my CPU is hitting high clock speeds of about 5.3-5.5 GHz, it doesn't seem to be benefiting the GPU performance. I'm including some video links as well.
