Why is my RX7900XT not displaying on my new ROG STRIX X870-A motherboard?

I recently upgraded my motherboard from a Gigabyte B650 Gaming X AX V2 to the ROG STRIX X870-A. However, when I boot up, the white VGA LED stays lit and I get no display. When I use the integrated graphics from my Ryzen 5 9600X, I can actually get a display and everything works fine. Can anyone help me figure out what's going wrong?

Just checking — when you boot with the integrated graphics, is your RX7900XT showing up in the Windows Device Manager? And are you sure that you're using the top PCIe slot for your GPU? The lower slot may not support video output properly.

I’ll check for that in Device Manager. Thanks for the heads-up!

First off, do the fans on your GPU spin up when you power on? Just checking that everything is getting power. If the fans are spinning, then it might be something else, but definitely check all power cables to make sure they're properly connected, especially if your PSU is modular.

Yes, the fans are spinning and I can feel airflow from the GPU.

Yikes! Have you tried clearing the CMOS? Also, make sure the GPU is seated properly in the PCIe slot. Sometimes a good old BIOS flashback can also help if things are acting weird.
