Hey everyone, I've got a Ryzen 7 5800X and I'm seriously concerned about my CPU temperatures. It idles between 70°C and 80°C, and during a Cinebench test, it jumps to 90°C after just a few seconds! I'm using a Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE cooler. I've already tried reseating the cooler and reapplying thermal paste, but nothing seems to work. Any ideas on what might be causing these high temperatures?

It sounds like you need to double-check that the cooler is properly seated. Sometimes, if there’s a tiny gap, it can cause overheating. Make sure you’ve removed any plastic stickers from the cooler and that the thermal paste is evenly applied, not too much or too little.
