I just built a new PC, and I'm running into a problem where the VGA LED on the motherboard lights up white when I power it on. Unfortunately, my monitor isn't displaying anything via DisplayPort, and even switching to HDMI on the graphics card didn't help. The graphics card lights up, indicating it's powered, and I've checked that the 12VHPWR cable is securely connected to both the GPU and the power supply. Here's a list of what I've tried so far: I've checked all GPU connections, removed and reinserted the GPU, taken out the CMOS battery for 5 minutes, and attempted to boot with just one RAM stick in the A2 slot. For reference, my build includes an ASUS ROG Strix B550-F Gaming WI-FI II motherboard, a GIGABYTE RTX 4070 Super Aero GPU, an AMD Ryzen 7 5800X processor, Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO SL RAM, and some other components. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Try removing the GPU completely and see if it boots up with just the onboard graphics. Even though it doesn't have a graphic interface, it's worth a shot to rule out any issues with the GPU itself. Sometimes it helps to see if the motherboard can at least get to the POST screen.

But won't it just display a blank screen with no GPU? I thought that wouldn't help anything.
