I've been using Windows 11 with 16GB of RAM, but I'm noticing that it consumes about 50% of my RAM right after startup. I get that using more RAM can be normal, especially with apps like Discord and Steam running in the background, but it's becoming a problem. For example, Discord alone can eat up 1GB when I'm on a call, and games can use anywhere from 3GB to 6GB depending on the title. This overload makes it hard for me to livestream without lag. A friend mentioned Windows Enterprise might not have all the unnecessary services that could be causing this issue, but I prefer Windows 11 overall. Is there anything I can do to reduce RAM usage?

It sounds like your computer is just doing what it's meant to do—preloading items into RAM that it thinks you'll need. It's designed to quickly release that RAM if a program needs it. So technically, having your RAM in use isn’t a bad thing!
You're right, your system will use whatever RAM it has available, especially with an M.2 SSD for storage. Just let it use the RAM—it’s there to be used! But if you're curious about performance, check Task Manager for what’s taking up space. If you see a lot of unnecessary startup apps, consider disabling them. Also, what’s up with wallpaper64.exe? That one’s a bit mysterious!

Oh, wallpaper64.exe is likely from Wallpaper Engine, an app that keeps your desktop background animated or dynamic!
