Why isn’t my Gigabyte Eagle x870 WiFi motherboard showing WiFi options?

I've got a Gigabyte Eagle x870 WiFi motherboard, and I'm having trouble getting the wireless WiFi to work without an Ethernet connection. Instead of seeing WiFi as an option, I can only find Bluetooth. The motherboard came with an IO port adapter that connects to the back, but that hasn't helped. In the device manager, under network adapters, the only thing shown is the 'Realtek PCIe 2.5GbE Family Controller.' I downloaded the Realtek LAN driver from Gigabyte's website, but I'm not sure if I'm missing something here. Is there a simple fix for this?

Have you installed the Wi-Fi drivers specifically? Sometimes the LAN driver isn’t enough, and you might need a separate driver for the Wi-Fi. Check Gigabyte’s support page again for any Wi-Fi specific drivers!

Would the LAN driver count as the Wi-Fi driver, or is it totally different? I didn’t see anything labeled 'Wi-Fi' on their site.
