I'm trying to overclock my monitor using CRU, but it's not working for me. Could the issue be due to the integrated graphics card in my 2018 Lenovo laptop? I want to know if that could be the reason for the failure. By the way, I used Google Translate, so please forgive any mistakes in my post!

Just a heads up, overclocking monitors isn't always a sure thing. Many times, you might only squeeze a few extra Hz out of them if you're lucky. It's worth experimenting, but don’t get your hopes up too high!
The maximum frequency you can achieve relies heavily on both your processor and the graphics card, but generally, the graphics should be capable enough for some overclocking. If it's not responding, it might have to do with limitations on your integrated graphics rather than the monitor itself.
