I'm having trouble with my Windows 11 system not recognizing any USB drives. I've tried a bunch of solutions like resetting my PC, reinstalling drivers, and even plugging the USB into another laptop where it works perfectly. I've also unplugged and plugged it back in numerous times. This is happening with all my USBs, and it's causing a lot of stress since I really need to access the files on them ASAP.

Sometimes Windows can detect the USB but just doesn't assign it a drive letter. Try these steps: Press Win + X, go to Disk Management, and see if your USB drive shows up there without a drive letter. If it does, right-click on it and select 'Change Drive Letter and Paths' to assign one.
If this issue keeps happening with multiple USBs, and you've already reinstalled the drivers, it might be a problem with the USB ports themselves. Try using a different USB port on your laptop to see if that helps.
It sounds like your USB ports might be fine since it's a new PC, but make sure to test all of them. Since you hear the sound when you plug it in, it indicates some recognition, but check Disk Management again, just to be sure the USB hasn't been assigned an unusual drive letter.
