Why won’t my earbuds charge in the case?

Hey everyone! I'm having a bit of trouble with my earbuds not charging while they're in the case, even though the case itself is fully charged. The only way I can get them to charge is by plugging the case into a charger. Does anyone have any ideas on what might be going wrong?

Make sure there's no gunk blocking the charging contacts inside the case or on the earbuds. I had the same issue, and cleaning it out did the trick for me!

It still charges when plugged in, but not otherwise.

It might be that the battery in your case is faulty. If that's the case, you'll likely need to replace it to solve the issue.

Any guidance on how to replace the battery? I'm pretty young and not sure what to do. What kind of battery does it use?

It might help to clean the metal contacts both in the case and on the earbuds. Sometimes a little dust or grime can disrupt the connection, preventing charging. Try using a cotton swab with some isopropyl alcohol to give them a good clean!

They charge fine when I plug them in, but not when they're just in the case.
