I've just built a new mini-ITX PC using a Shiny Snake L300 case, and I'm having trouble getting a signal on my monitor. My parts include a Ryzen 7 9700x, an EVGA RTX 3070 Ti, 32GB of DDR5 RAM, and a WD Black SN850X SSD. Everything seems to power on—I can even hear the Windows 11 startup sound, but my Corsair Xeneon Flex monitor shows no signal. I've tried connecting it to my Samsung TV too, but that hasn't worked either. I've followed the BIOS steps and pressed the flash button before powering it off and on, but it's hit-or-miss. I know the SSD and GPU are good because I just moved them from my main PC. I've tried different HDMI cables, unplugged and replugged the monitor, and searched online for solutions. Could the riser cable on my case be the issue? It worked fine with my old GTX 1080, but maybe it's not working with the 3070?

Always check your connections! Make sure the GPU is seated correctly in the PCIe slot and try other slots if available. Bad cables can definitely be a hassle during troubleshooting.
Just double-check that you're plugging the monitor cable into the GPU and not the motherboard. You'd be surprised how often that trips people up!
I made sure it was in the GPU and not the motherboard, but it turns out the riser cable was messed up. Once I plugged the GPU straight into the motherboard, everything worked! Thanks for the tip!
Have you tried using the GPU without the riser cable? Sometimes they can cause connection issues if they're not seated properly.
I thought I had tried without it, but I didn't. I took everything out and connected the GPU directly to the motherboard, and it worked perfectly! Guess I need a new riser cable.

I double-checked all the connections and plugged it into the motherboard as you suggested, and it worked. Looks like the riser got damaged during assembly.
