I have a RIME B350M-A motherboard and I'm using Corsair Vengeance DDR4 2x16GB 3200MHz RAM. I tried to overclock the RAM to its advertised speed of 3200MHz in the BIOS, up from about 2166MHz. Now, my computer won't boot—only the fans turn on but nothing else happens. Can anyone explain why I can't use the higher frequency, and how I might fix this?

Have you updated the motherboard BIOS? Sometimes boards can be picky with RAM speeds. If the default XMP profile isn't working, try increasing the RAM speed gradually until you hit a limit, then back it off a notch or two. A BIOS update might solve this issue, so it's a good first step!
You might need to dial the frequency back down and enable the XMP or EXPO settings in the BIOS to stabilize it. That usually helps with boot issues when you're overclocking.

My BIOS version is 6233. Shouldn't that be the latest one?
