Why won’t my PC boot after upgrading my GPU?

I recently upgraded my graphics card from a GTX 1660 Super to an Arc B580, and it was working fine at first. I installed the necessary drivers and played a game without any issues. However, while playing Marvel Rivals, my PC suddenly shut down during shader compilation and now it won't turn back on. I've tried several troubleshooting steps: removing the CMOS battery, unplugging the power supply, testing with my old GPU, and even running without a GPU. But whenever I hit the power button, the power light turns on and the fans spin, yet there's no output on the monitor and my peripherals aren't responding. By the way, I'm running on Windows 10.

It sounds like something went wrong with the upgrade. It might help to share your full system specs so others can offer better advice. Also, make sure you didn’t accidentally disconnect any critical cables when you swapped the GPUs.

Does the exact hardware configuration matter that much? I’m running a Ryzen 5 5600G, 48GB RAM, and a 2TB SSD.
