I recently bought a Crucial P310 SSD from BestBuy and installed it alongside another SATA SSD in my PC. The SATA SSD works perfectly, and my computer boots fine when it's the only drive connected. However, when I plug in the Crucial P310 SSD, my PC won't turn on at all. Removing the Crucial P310 allows the computer to boot normally again. I have a B560M D3H3 motherboard that should support the P310. I'm confident it's not a RAM issue. Is there any way to troubleshoot or fix this?

Could it be a boot order issue? Sometimes the BIOS might have problems booting from a new or empty drive. Though, if plugging in the Crucial P310 completely stops you from accessing the BIOS, that’s a concern too. Just a thought!
It sounds like the SSD might be faulty, so the easiest fix would be to return it for a replacement. You could also try connecting it to another PC to see if the problem follows the drive. That way, you can determine if it's the SSD that's causing the issue or something else.
Yeah, I'm probably going to have to do that if I can't find another solution.

Thanks for the suggestion! But when I connect the P310, I can't even access the BIOS; the screen just stays black.
