WiFi Issue After Uninstalling a VPN Without Disabling it

Hey everyone, I'm hoping someone can help me out before I end up losing my cool and smashing my monitor! I accidentally uninstalled a free VPN I was using without disabling it first, and now my PC connects to WiFi networks but shows "no internet, secured." I've tried everything I could think of—flushing the DNS, reconfiguring DNS and IPv4 settings, and going down all kinds of troubleshooting rabbit holes, but nothing seems to work. I'm thinking of using USB tethering to connect my phone's internet just to reinstall the VPN and disable it properly. But is there any other advice you can give me? I would really appreciate any help!

It sounds like the VPN might have messed with your routing table. Try checking your route table by opening the command prompt and typing "route print." That could give you a clue about where things went wrong.

Have you tried restarting your PC? Make sure it's a full restart, not just a shutdown. If that doesn't help, go into Device Manager and try disabling or uninstalling your network driver, then restart your PC to see if that fixes the issue. If it still doesn't connect, you might need to completely reinstall your WiFi drivers manually.

I did try restarting, but no luck. I might just uninstall all WiFi drivers and reinstall them—had to do something similar when I first set up my motherboard.
