Will a 7900X bottleneck my new 9070XT?

I'm upgrading my entire PC setup from an RTX 3070 and Ryzen 3900X. I already have the new GPU, a 9070XT, but I'm debating whether to also get a Ryzen 7900X or go for something like a 9800X3D. I'm still pretty new to building PCs and while I have a basic understanding of what bottlenecking is, I'm confused about which components work best together. I'm mainly concerned that the 7900X might bottleneck the 9070XT. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Nope, you shouldn't worry about bottlenecking here. It's a term that's been misused a lot. Just know that every system has some kind of bottleneck—but in your case, the 7900X shouldn't hold back your 9070XT.
