Will My PC Handle 1440p at 200Hz?

Hey everyone! I just got myself an Acer Nitro 1440p 200Hz monitor (model XV270U X1) for about $230 CAD, which seems like a steal since my old 1080p 144Hz monitor broke just two days ago (R.I.P). Now, I'm wondering if my PC can keep up with these new specs. I'm currently running an AMD Ryzen 7 3700X CPU paired with an EVGA RTX 2080 SUPER XC ULTRA GAMING GPU. Any thoughts on whether I can actually run games at 1440p and 200Hz?

Realistically, no GPU can consistently hit 200Hz in demanding games like Cyberpunk without frame generation. However, in esports titles, you might not have any issues hitting those frames, even on a weaker setup. Just be aware of your specific game choices!

Haha, true! I’m usually pulling 300+ FPS in Overwatch and Marvel Rivals. I do use frame generation in single-player games. It's not perfect, but the smoother experience makes it worth it for me!
