I've been using an ASUS Ryujin 240mm AIO cooler for my Intel 13600K CPU for about 2.5 years. While gaming, especially in Battlefield 6, I've noticed power draw between 120-150W and my temperatures range from 70-80 degrees Celsius. I'm currently running the CPU at stock settings with the Intel Default Settings profile in BIOS (version 2801). I mainly use my PC for gaming at 1440p and occasionally for streaming. Do you think switching to either a Dark Rock 5 (non-pro) or a Pure Loop 3 with 280mm or 360mm radiators would improve my cooling performance, or would it yield similar results?

Switching to a 280mm or 360mm cooler will likely lower your temperatures a bit, especially since the 13th gen CPUs can get pretty hot. However, your current temps around 70-80 degrees aren't too concerning, especially for a 240mm AIO. It's a bit on the warmer side during gaming, but that's pretty typical for 240mm coolers. You might see some improvement, but it may not be drastic.
I'd say it's probably going to be similar performance. The Dark Rock 5 is a nice cooler, but you might not get significant temp drops compared to what you're currently using. If your temps aren't causing issues during gaming, I'd focus on other upgrades instead of just the cooler.
Yeah, I have a similar setup and didn't notice a huge difference when switching coolers.

Do you think switching to an air cooler would be pointless?
