I've noticed some YouTube videos appearing in my watch history that I definitely haven't viewed. It's showing that these videos were watched from an Android device, but I only use my phone and computer with my Google account. Strangely, these videos were watched at the same time I was using my phone. I've already checked for any suspicious activities and revoked any strange app permissions on both devices. I also ran virus scans but couldn't find anything. I'm at a loss here—does anyone have any suggestions on what might be going on?

I’ve had similar concerns! Sometimes, videos might play just from hovering your mouse over them, which can accidentally log them in your history. Plus, I have definitely pocket-tapped on my phone and added videos I didn’t mean to watch. Maybe that's what's happening?
For videos to show up in your history, you usually need to have interacted with them somehow. Have you checked to see if you might be logged into your account on a browser or app on another device that you might have forgotten about?
If your device is an Android, it’s possible you accidentally tapped on a different video or that autoplay kicked in. It's really unlikely someone else would be using your account at exactly the same moment. It might be worth checking if there are any other devices remotely logged into your account, just to be sure.
That’s the thing—I didn’t have autoplay on, and I was watching a full 6-hour video. Plus, the only devices logged into my Google account are my phone and computer. Just makes it really puzzling!

I checked the "My Devices" section of my Google account, and it only shows my own devices. It's weird—I don’t get how these random videos are popping up!
