Hey everyone! I'm currently working as a contractor and using my own laptop on the job site's WiFi. I've had this setup since November without issues, but out of nowhere, I'm having trouble accessing Outlook, which gives me an "ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR" message when I try to send or receive emails or even access any webpages. The weird part is that Teams is still working fine, so I can send and receive messages there. I had a conversation with my company's IT support, who suggested that the network might be blocking me, but that doesn't seem right since my personal phone is connecting to the WiFi without a hitch. I'm not very tech-savvy, so I'm hoping someone can help me out here. Could there be a security issue or a firewall at play? Thanks a lot!

Have you tried rebooting your laptop? Sometimes that does the trick. Also, clearing your browser's cache and cookies or using incognito mode can help with those annoying errors.
Have you tested Outlook on another network, like your mobile data or a different WiFi? If you can use it fine on those, it's likely that the company's WiFi is blocking access to Outlook. The error you're seeing typically points to an SSL issue between your laptop and the Outlook server.
Yeah, when I use my phone's hotspot, everything works perfectly! So, do you think the on-site WiFi is to blame, or could it be something on my laptop that’s causing this?
I did reboot and clear the cache, but still no luck! Guess I should've mentioned that earlier.
