I'm struggling with my Amicool Extender because every blank CD I insert isn't recognized as blank. Instead, Windows Media Player shows it as a previously used CD with music tracks, and I can't erase them to use the CD fresh. I've tried various troubleshooting methods, but nothing seems to work. Is there anyone who can offer suggestions on what I should do? I'm feeling pretty frustrated right now!

It sounds like Windows Media Player might still be pulling up your last CD burning list. You might want to clear the cache or try a different burning program like CDBurnerXP.
Have you tried using different software for burning CDs? There are tons of free CD burning apps available that might work better than what you're currently using.
Your CD player could be failing to send the correct information to your computer. It seems like the computer is just showing what's cached. Try unplugging the USB device each time you switch the CD.
