I'm having trouble with my Apple earbuds falling out constantly. Does anyone have any suggestions for keeping them secure during use?

Have you thought about getting a different pair that fits your ears better? Everyone's ear shape is unique, and some earbuds just won't stay put. You could also look for ear hooks or tethers online to add some extra security.

If you're using the AirPods Pro 2, I found these Gcioli brand ear hooks that really help keep them in place. Just a heads up, though, make sure to specify which model you're using since Apple has quite a variety of earbuds.
Totally agree! I’ve tried different sizes of tips and got a much better fit with the silicone kit from Apple. It really helps!
