Troubleshooting Issues with New RTX 5070 Ti Install

Hey everyone! I recently upgraded my graphics card from a 3060 Ti to an RTX 5070 Ti to better match my Ryzen 7 9800X3D. I performed a DDU uninstall beforehand, but now I'm experiencing some unusual problems. Some websites, like Twitch and Amazon, won't load properly in my browser. Additionally, when I'm using Premiere Pro, my mouse cursor feels choppy, and I've noticed some flickering on my monitor. The device manager indicates that the RTX 5070 Ti is functioning fine. I thought my power supply might be the issue, so I upped it from 750 watts to 850 watts, but that didn't help. I considered putting my 3060 Ti back in to see if the problems persist, but I realized that the PCIE cable from my new PSU doesn't fit the card. I even reinstalled Windows 11 to troubleshoot but still facing these issues. I'm using a 5.0 x 16 PCIE cable for the 5070 Ti. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

It might help to put your old PSU and 3060 Ti back in just to see if the issues go away. It could still be something with the PSU, which sounds odd since you upgraded, but it's worth checking!

I really don't think it's the PSU since the old one was also a solid bronze 750 watts, and the new one is a gold-rated 850 watts. I was just hoping for more stability.

You might want to try installing GPU-Z and check what your graphics card is reporting. It can give you some insights into what's happening with your setup. Once you have that, share a screenshot here and we can take a look!
