Receiving Security Alerts for Websites I’m Not Visiting?

I've been getting security threat notifications from Xfinity, even when I'm not using my internet browsers or even on my PC at times. It says that my devices are being blocked from accessing certain websites, and this is happening on both my phone and my PC. A few of the blocked websites include some suspicious ones like s1.selfgems.com and facebookmarketplace????. I've already run scans with Windows Defender and Malwarebytes, but nothing significant turned up except for one item in the recycle bin. Can anyone help me figure out what's going on?

It sounds like you might have some malware on one of your devices. I’d suggest checking where the internet activity is coming from and running a complete antivirus scan on both your PC and phone. Also, be sure to look into any suspicious browser extensions you might have.

Those alerts usually mean your devices have caught some unwanted software or possible malware. I'd strongly recommend doing a thorough scan with something like Malwarebytes, and also check the security settings on your devices. Keeping your software up to date can help too!
