Hey everyone! I have some coding experience already and I'm looking to deepen my knowledge. I've done a bit of research and I'm considering starting with C. Do you think learning C in 2026 is a smart move? Will it actually make me a better coder? Also, could you recommend some good resources or where I should start?

If you're aiming to grasp the basics, I'd recommend something like Python first. It's definitely easier and more user-friendly for beginners. C is more complex and might overwhelm you if you don’t have a solid foundation yet.

I see your point, but I learned C as my second language when I was a teenager. It was challenging at first, but once I got the hang of it, learning other languages became a breeze!
