I've been experiencing some weird issues with my monitors lately. Sometimes, when I'm using certain apps like Adobe Creative Cloud and the Wargaming.net app, they display fine for a bit, but then suddenly start showing white concentric lines expanding outwards. I have two Acer monitors, a V246HQL and a B246HL, and they're connected to my Dell Precision 5560 which has an NVIDIA RTX A2000 Laptop GPU with 4 GB of dedicated memory and an 11th Gen i7-1185H @ 2.5 GHz. The problem seems to be worse in Adobe CC, and I've even added a picture of the issue in the comments. Do you think this is a GPU problem or something with my Intel integrated graphics? Any thoughts?

It sounds like a hardware issue to me. Make sure all your drivers are updated, and it might help to swap out the cables and even test with different monitors if you can. You could try using Display Driver Uninstaller to clean up your graphics driver and then reinstall it. Also, ruling out Windows issues by reinstalling it or trying a different OS could help.

I've already checked that my drivers are up to date, but I'll definitely swap out some hardware and see if that helps. I'm using HDMI connections, so maybe that’s part of the problem. These monitors are getting a bit old; it might be time for an upgrade after some more testing.
