Hey everyone! I'm having a frustrating issue where my Windows computer isn't recognizing any output devices. I've connected my JBL Boombox, and while it's recognized, it doesn't show up as an output device. Has anyone experienced this problem and can offer some advice?

Yes, I have the volume icon and my headset works fine. The problem seems to be that my PC doesn't have a sound card on the main board; I'm using an adapter.

Have you checked if you have a volume icon in your system tray? Also, are any speakers or headphones working for you? And just to be sure, is your sound card installed correctly?
