I've been having persistent issues with the Microsoft Store on my Windows system. I've tried everything, including using PowerShell commands, resetting the Store with the 'wsreset' command, and even resetting my system completely. Unfortunately, none of these solutions worked. I'm looking for advice on what else I could do to resolve this issue.

I had a similar problem with a new Lenovo laptop. It was so weird; I couldn't access certain websites or use specific apps either. After a lot of troubleshooting, I suggested returning the device. Sometimes it's just easier to go through reliable sellers instead of taking the risk.
Are you using Windows LTSC? If so, the Store isn't supported there, so if that's the case, you might need to consider upgrading to a version that includes it.
What does LTSC mean? Is it a version I should know about?
First off, check if you're using a counterfeit version of Windows. That could definitely cause issues with the Store. If that's not the case, trying a reinstall while keeping your files might help. Good luck!
Thanks for the tip! I did try reinstalling Windows using the cloud option, but it still didn’t work. It’s so frustrating!
When you launch the Store, make sure to check for any error codes that pop up. That can provide clues to the problem you’re experiencing.
I appreciate it, but unfortunately, there’s no error code at all. It simply doesn’t respond when I try to open it.
Sometimes, changing your region can fix Store availability issues. If you're set to a region where the Store isn't available, it won't load properly. Try switching your region in Settings, and see if that helps!
I appreciate the suggestion! Just to clarify, the Store doesn't even start for me. I can download apps through the web without any issues, but Teams and Outlook just won't work. How do I change my region?

Wow, that sounds frustrating! I’ve had my HP for a couple of years without any real issues until now. This just came out of nowhere.
