A pop-up keeps appearing with the message: "CircuitryAg.exe - System Error. The code execution cannot proceed because sqlite3.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem." I'm not sure what sqlite3.dll is, and I don't recognize CircuitryAg.exe or know why it's running on my computer. What should I do?

sqlite3.dll is a small library that applications use to work with SQLite databases. It isn’t usually something you open directly; a program normally installs and uses it in the background. The error means CircuitryAg.exe is trying to start but can’t find that file. Since CircuitryAg.exe isn’t a familiar Windows component, be cautious about it rather than downloading a replacement DLL from a random website.
That filename is suspicious, especially if you don’t recognize the program. Open Task Manager and check the Startup apps tab, then search your drive for “CircuitryAg” or “CircuitryAg.exe” to see where it lives. Run a full scan with Windows Security, and optionally a second scan with a reputable malware scanner. Don’t download sqlite3.dll from a DLL-download site, because that could install something malicious. Also review installed programs and browser extensions for anything unfamiliar.

I disabled it in Task Manager, but I couldn’t find CircuitryAg anywhere on the C: drive.
